Tuesday - Herb and parmesan crusted halibut, quinoa, caesar salad
Wednesday - Ginger pork with oyster sauce from So Tasty, So Yummy
Thursday - Breakfast for supper; scrambled eggs, toast, and orange julius style smoothies
Friday - Baked salmon, potato wedges, and salad
Weekends are a free for all around here, meaning we eat leftovers or easy things like sandwiches or canned soup.
